1. About Us

CTriangle is a registered and trademarked brand operating from Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu – 626 123, India. GST Registration No.: 33CRVPM7444Q1ZP. We are engaged in the retail sale of licensed fireworks and crackers sourced directly from licensed manufacturers based in Sivakasi — the fireworks capital of India — regulated under the Explosives Act, 1884 and the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) guidelines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use this website or place any order. These terms supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this website.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are a major and legally competent to enter into a binding contract.
• The sale of fireworks to minors is strictly prohibited under Indian law.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service if we have reason to believe the above conditions are not met.

4. Products & Pricing

• All products listed on this website are genuine, licensed fireworks sourced from PESO-approved manufacturers in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu — same manufacturers supplying leading brands such as Standard Fireworks, Sri Kaliswari, Sony Fireworks, and Coronation Fireworks.
• Product images and descriptions are for representative purposes. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to seasonal manufacturing variations.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable GST and are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the applicable price.
• Stock availability is subject to change. In the unlikely event an ordered item becomes unavailable after order placement, we will contact you for a substitution or refund.

5. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment (for online payments) or explicit acceptance (for Cash on Delivery).
• Order confirmation is communicated via email. Please ensure your registered email is correct.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (subject to availability for your area).
• Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment credentials.
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or unavailability.

6. Delivery

• As per safety regulations, crackers cannot be delivered directly to your doorstep. Orders are dispatched to the nearest licensed lorry service / parcel transport point in your area.
• You will be notified of the transport service name, tracking ID, and contact details once the order is dispatched.
• You are responsible for collecting the parcel from the transport office at your own cost. Please carry a valid ID proof and your order confirmation number.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by transport partners, government restrictions, festivals, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon dispatch from our facility.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• No returns will be accepted for fireworks and crackers once dispatched, due to the hazardous and regulated nature of the goods.
• Cancellations may be requested before dispatch. Once an order is packed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.
• In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, you must notify us within 48 hours of collection with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion — no cash refund will be issued for fireworks under any circumstances.
• Coupon discounts and handling fees are non-refundable once applied.

8. Safety Responsibility

• Fireworks are hazardous. By purchasing from us you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks involved and agree to use the products responsibly.
• Always read all safety instructions before use. Keep away from children. Use only in open areas away from flammable material.
• CTriangle shall not be held liable for any injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from the improper handling, storage, or use of the products purchased from this website.
• You agree to comply with all local laws, regulations, and restrictions regarding the possession and use of fireworks in your area.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CTriangle's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, or the purchase of any product, shall not exceed the total order value actually paid by you for the specific product(s) in dispute. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Intellectual Property

The brand name CTriangle, its logo, and all associated marks are the exclusive property of the brand owner and are legally protected under applicable trademark law. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or imitation of our brand identity is strictly prohibited and will be pursued legally.

11. Privacy

We collect and process your personal information (name, address, phone, email) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required for order fulfilment (e.g., transport partners) or as required by law. Payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay and is never stored on our servers.

12. Force Majeure

CTriangle shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: government orders, transport strikes, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, PESO/Explosives Department restrictions, or festival season logistics disruptions prevalent in the Sivakasi region.
